Love the ease of use of this app. Information is easy to find and the store demo was awesome. Very happy to have found this app.

I highly recommend this app. Excellent Customer Support. Every email I've sent had been answered, and I believe within the same day or hours. I wanted to use both of Hextom's Email Collection Bar and the Free Shipping bar at the top of my website's banner area. But Email Collection bar was overlapping and hiding the Free Shipping bar. I reached out to the Developer Sophie on a Saturday and it was fixed immediately. Read that again, she or they fixed without charge and on a WEEKEND within hours. I had other issues that need to be fixed and she fixed all the way to midnight. I am very pleased to have both bars displaying on my website.

Great app. People can see it but it is not obtrusive. Had one issue which I contacted developer about and they fixed it within a couple hours. If you are wanting to collect email addresses this is an excellent way to do it.

The setup is a bit elongated. Control of the bar colors should be closer. Fonts should be a drop down option. Consolidate the dashboard so I don't have to scroll. Thanks.

so far so good! other email collectors were getting in the way of my sell button, this seems to be doing the trick, we'll see!

Seems easy to use and manage so far- although I feel the design could do with more options, but great for quick and simple email collection.

LOVE Hexom's apps!! They have helped tweak my store just so slightly... but with big results!

I'm L<3VING Hexom's email collection bar, as well as their Free shipping bar and the options that are available when designing them. I installed a new theme and had an issue. Hexom's customer service was ALL over it! They were very timely in their response and took care of the issue right away. The bars are impossible not to notice on my site! Great job Hexom!!!!!

Pretty clean look and setup. I do wish the customer could include his email AND first name so that I could personalize the email subject line.

My theme had some limitations when it came to adding an email sign up banner. I emailed the developers of the theme and they basically told me it would take some serious and complicated coding within the theme to meet my requests. Luckily I found this app by Hextom and so I took advantage the free trial to test it out. It was close but I still couldn't get the banner to appear exactly as my clients had requested and in the exact location. I emailed the Hextom support team and after a few email exchanges my requests had been granted and implemented by their team. In just a few hours. I can't thank them enough for making me look like a champ! Ha!!

We love this app! For our business being able to retain consumer communication with the traffic that comes to our site but might not always create an account is crucial. It creates OPPORTUNITY for us to develop and nurture that relationship and increase conversion in the long run. Plus this tool is easy and has great customization options so we can represent our brand the way we want to.
