Installed it few minutes ago, onboarding was smooth and easy, had all my emails ready in a few seconds and I just activated it. Going to put it now on some other stores i have too since it's so quick!

I have had a working Shopify store for 10 years. I have tried a few other 3rd party apps to handle abandoned checkouts, but they all were difficult to set-up and use. Today, I installed Email/Recovery Wiz and it was the easiest app install and setup I have ever experienced. It was installed and set up with in a few minutes. I had to make zero changes to the default settings and no edits to any of the several email sequences included. I am using this right "out of the box" (all default settings), and shortly after activating the app, I got an order which came from an auto generated welcome email discount. I highly recommend this app!

Easy Setup. Good looking emails. I setup this App around midnight when I should have been asleep 2 hours before. Even being tired, it was a breeze to setup. Support was great. Had question. Told me that if you set up emails in Shopify, you have to manually close them yourself, for like the abandonment emails. I like the pop up for signing up to get a discount when my website gets opened by a customer. LOOKS SO GOOD.

I’ve tried a bunch of email apps, but EmailWiz has been the best by far. Setup was insanely fast — everything was ready to go in just a couple of minutes. It automatically built abandoned cart and welcome emails for me, and they actually looked good without needing a designer. Best part? It recovered a sale the same day I installed it. The support team is also great — quick to reply and genuinely helpful (shoutout to Simon!). If you want something simple that just works and gets results, this is it. Definitely worth trying, especially if you’re tired of overcomplicated apps.
