I was honestly surprised how easy Email Wiz was to set up. Within minutes, the abandoned cart flow was live and already brought back a sale on the same day. The emails look great right out of the box, and I barely had to touch a thing. Support was super fast too – I had a question about customizing the pop-up and they replied within 10 minutes. If you're looking for a no-fuss email setup that just works, this is definitely worth trying.

I was putting off setting up my email flows as it's such a daunting and time consuming task. I saw the great reviews for this app and decided to give it go and so glad I did! The company personally reached out right away to offer any support needed and answer my questions (and also sorted out other issues that I had on my shopify backend that they expertly spotted and fixed!) It's nice to know there are friendly humans on the other end in a world of AI and usually poor service The app itself is genius - The emails automatically pulled in my branding, set up the triggers, delays, logical rules to exit flows, discount codes set up, and took less than ONE minute to set up. The logic behind the flows is tried and tested with big brands so it takes the guesswork out of figuring out how best to master email marketing. I can just follow the blueprint I also like how I can very easily amend the email templates for specific wording that I want to add for my brand. Would highly recommend, I can't actually see how any other system would save me more time and I'm also really pleased about how affordable this is as a small business and looking forward to seeing what other app they can launch to make my life easier!

I installed the app to email customers who has left things in their cart. I spoke with simon on the same day I installed the app. He has helped me to uderstand the flow and was really easy to use. I am grateful for the app and looking forward to see how it functions and effectiveness for recovering customers.

Honestly, one of the best apps I’ve added to my store. The functionality is solid – it just works without needing to babysit it, and it’s already helped me recover a bunch of abandoned carts. What really stood out though is the support team. Super responsive, helpful, and they actually care. Highly recommended if you're serious about converting lost sales.
