We found Emersoft when researching how to connect our existing Shopify store catalog to Ingram's customer direct fulfillment and product database. It has worked out of the box connecting our 3 physical store locations running Shopify POS with the inventory Ingram offers. Implementation didn't really require much in the form of staff training or process changes, our team can just click request fulfillment instead of printing the shipping labels. I love that Emersoft is focused on independent booksellers and listens to feature requests from our community. Allowing us to save time and leverage technology at a collective scale. This creates time for us to focus on our customers and the in store experience.

I've been working with Emersoft for over a year now and they have been extremely easy to deal with and are very responsive. This new app builds upon their prior Shopify integration and is very user friendly and makes it easy to find and import books into my store. I've had several issues where I've needed different functionality for my store, and they are always quick to either make updates to the app or help me find a workaround. If you're running an online bookstore (or brick and mortar with an online presence), this is the app you need.
