enComm is the perfect solution for businesses using Shopify and call centers — an exceptional product with top-notch support. They truly understand the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model. This is a longer review, but I think it will be helpful for anyone considering this platform: Call Center Orders: We needed a call center solution that seamlessly integrates with Shopify to support our direct mail efforts. enComm was the only platform that offered a built-in API connection between our call center and payment gateway. With other options, I was looking at $5K in developer fees and ongoing maintenance just to get the integration working. With enComm, the integration was flawless and incredibly cost-effective—an insane value for what we got. Online Storefront: Our subscription conversion rate has improved 5x compared to our previous tool. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the setup is straightforward. What's even better is the flexibility and ease of modification—it feels like custom-designed work rather than a generic, off-the-shelf solution.
