The reviews for this Shopify app are mixed, with both positive and negative feedback from users. Positive aspects highlighted include the app's user-friendly interface, robust features for email and SMS marketing, insightful analytics for better engagement, and helpful customer service. Users appreciate the automation capabilities and the convenience of having a mobile app for on-the-go work. On the other hand, negative reviews mention issues with customer support responsiveness, difficulties in pausing or stopping automatic series, high pricing plans for SMS, and limitations in using imported contact information. Some users also found the cancellation process overly complicated and expressed frustration with the lack of control over certain features.
I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a week I've emailed I've text the help desk which says they reply in 24hrs its going on two weeks no response i cant even disconnect the app from my site until they do and its holding my launch date up I'm really sad that this is is how they treat there customers and that shopify uses these type of apps for there customers
This app is extremely disappointing. You can't pause or stop any automatic series unless you talk to them first. They automatically turn on all of the series, and the ones that post to social media look scammy. Customer support is not responsive, and then they charge you more money and extend your contract when you ask to cancel.
Does not really work easily for UK non VAT registered stores for SMS.
My sending ability locked upon signing up and no one ever responded. Didn't get to use the app at all. Honestly doesn't matter because 48 hours with no response is unacceptable.
The aesthetic of this app is simply beautiful, and initially, it seemed to integrate well with Shopify. However, I am giving it 2 stars because of a few significant issues. First, the communication time for customer support varies widely. While the app advertises 24-hour chat support, this claim is misleading since response times often take hours and sometimes even days. Second, the pricing plans are quite expensive for SMS, especially for fewer than 100 contacts. This issue is compounded by the fact that you can't use all of your own imported contact information. I imported my email and phone numbers from a previous list but was told some of the numbers couldn’t be used. Lastly, canceling your subscription is overly complicated. You cannot cancel it yourself; instead, you have to wait for customer service to respond to your email request, which can take a frustrating amount of time. While the design and initial integration are strong, these shortcomings significantly impact the user experience.
