Engees Abandoned Cart Recovery

I really appreciate the app’s functionality when it works—it’s a great tool for recovering abandoned carts! However, it frequently gets stuck on 'Processing…', which can be frustrating. Could the developers please address this issue? Thanks for your hard work! Update: 7 months after my original review this issue is worst.

When I installed this app, it helped a lot and worked great but now it keeps on crashing. It doesn't let me create Draft Orders. Now I am unable to convert my abandoned Carts to Draft Orders. Please improve or fix the app.

This is a whole lot of "NOPE!". Install take seconds and seems easy enough to use. But every abandon cart i tried to convert to a draft, i got App error messages saying "Unable to fetch checkout from shopify" with a clickable link (where it supposed to go, no one knows) that doesnt work either, dead link. The contact support button takes you to some shady unknown Whatsapp url to a company that has no name.

It's a great idea. But, only worked once for me. Now, just keep getting errors when creating a draft order out of abandoned cart. Then it takes me to a different shopify store. It's a bit concerning.
