Outstanding support and performance – above and beyond expectations! We installed the Enhance Merchants app to display dual tax-exclusive pricing based on our standard Shopify pricing. Our setup is quite complex, but the Enhance Merchants team have been nothing short of outstanding in helping us tailor the app to our exact needs — to the point where they completely reworked the entire app to make it fit our requirements. Initially, the app ran a little slowly and interfered with our Yotpo review ratings, but after a few conversations with their team, they went above and beyond — rewriting the app from the ground up. The result? It now runs blazingly fast with virtually zero lag, and our review ratings are completely unaffected. Honestly, I’ve been blown away by their responsiveness, technical skill, and genuine commitment to getting things right. It felt like having our own in-house team of developers, despite them being on the other side of the world. App developers, take note — this is how you do it.
