Enlly Report is a daily reporting app for stores that records daily events and connects them to management and customer interactions. Staff can simply write about the day's events, and sales, year-on-year comparison, average customer spending, popular products, and number of new members are automatically calculated. AI creates insights from the numbers and on-site notes, delivering them to the store manager. The app offers a management dashboard to compare periods, track new vs. repeat customers, and identify dormant customers, with the ability to ask questions in a conversational Q&A format. Monthly reports include comparisons to the previous month and year, as well as automatic rankings by product, customer, and staff. It also allows for sending thank-you emails to customers who visited or made a purchase.
