Simply the best app for custom feeds and metafield mapping. I tested over 15 apps before settling on Feedfix, and it was an easy choice. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and the ability to map custom fields exactly as we need them makes a real difference in optimizing product catalogues. Support is fantastic, too. Thanks to this app, I was able to transfer my products directly to another sales platform quickly and smoothly. The whole process was much easier than I expected — product details, images and descriptions came through without any issues, and I didn't have to do anything extra or re-enter information manually. It saved me a lot of time and effort. I'd also like to thank Engin for all his support. He was very helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process, and answered all my questions promptly. No stars. They lied to me and said they could only accept X-large file transfers through another paid website. Beware: there are free sites that do the same thing they charge for.
Hello, The store owner contacted us because they wanted to import a CSV file. Since the file size was between 2 and 3 GB, we asked them to send it to us via Google Drive, but due to a technical issue, the store owner was unable to send it. We then suggested WeTransfer so they could share the file. When they tried it, WeTransfer wouldn’t complete the transfer for free due to the file’s large size and requested payment. Because of this, the store owner accused us of being liars or scammers. Despite our repeated apologies (over several days), unfortunately, they did not believe us. We are sorry about this situation and offered the user a lifetime of free use, but he/she still wasn’t interested. Our offer still stands. Kind regards Engin

Great support, solved our feed structure issue quickly! We needed to integrate our Shopify store with the Pepita marketplace, which required a specific XML feed structure. The FeedFix settings alone weren't enough to solve it, but their support team responded quickly and helped us fix the issue right away. Really appreciate the fast and helpful assistance. Highly recommended!
