I’ve tried multiple feed and sitemap apps over the years, and almost all of them suffer from the same problems — slow support response, endless email back-and-forth, and developers who are rarely in the same time zone. Engin personally stayed with me for nearly five hours straight, walking through every step, fixing even the smallest errors in real time. It was 4 AM his time, but instead of logging off or delaying the work, he kept going until everything was perfect. When we finally submitted the feed, he followed up first thing in the morning — asking if everything was working properly and if I needed any additional customization. That level of dedication is rare. We manage over 140,000 active items with about 300 new products added daily, something most feed apps can’t handle efficiently — and even if they can, their pricing is often sky-high. Great value for money as it works better than a lot of its competitors at a more affordable price. Also Engin helped with a custom request to filter inventory by a specific location/warehouse so our Klaviyo feed did not show inventory for retail locations
