KESİNLİKLE UZAK DURUN, VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ ŞÜPHELİ! Shopify mağazamı Trendyol’a entegre etmek için bu uygulamayı satın aldım ancak sistemleri tamamen bozuk. Tek bir ürün bile aktarmıyor, sürekli hata veriyor. Parayı alırken saniyeler içinde çekiyorlar ama hizmet sıfır. "Canlı Destek" yazmışlar ama mesajlara kesinlikle bakmıyorlar, muhatap bulamıyorsunuz. Çalışmayan bir uygulamanın dükkanımın verilerine erişmesi bende ciddi gizlilik ve güvenlik şüpheleri uyandırdı, dükkanı tehlikeye atmamak için hemen sildim. Ödediğim ücretin acilen iade edilmesini talep ediyorum.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Canlı destek kesinlikle yok destek kısmından mail attım atmış olduğum ve yazdığım taleplerin hiç birine dönüş alamadım.
Öncelikli platformu seçmemize rağmen bir tarafta yapılan stok değişikliği diğer tarafta yapılmıyor sadece ürünlerinizi el ile stok değeri girebileceğiniz yararsız bir uygulama iletişim sıfır mail veya mesaja dönüş yapan yok deneme sürümü yok doğrudan ödeme ile başlıyorsunuz.
