Even though my brand is currently more focused on marketplaces rather than our Shopify store, I’m really impressed with EpicApp’s review collection method and results. The unique voice-based approach is a perfect fit for Indian customers, making it far more effective than traditional methods. Looking forward to using the app extensively once we start focusing on our Shopify store!

Just wow ! We were collecting reviews with around 1.5% success rate earlier when we switched to EpicApp, and it has been a wonderful decision With an amazing success rate of 20%+, there is no shortage of reviews now. Plus, an ability to listen to actual emotion of customer in our niche of products is simply amazing! Special mention to Nilanshu, who helped us throughout with prompt support Highly recommended app !

I previously used Trustify Reviews (paid version) for two months and didn’t get a single review through email. But after installing the free version of EpicApp, even with its limited features, I’ve already collected 14 organic reviews! I can only imagine how many more I’ll gather once I upgrade to their unlimited plan. A big shoutout to Nilanshu, the founder, who has been super helpful with app setup and customization. I especially love their unique approach to collecting voice reviews. It’s amazing to actually hear what my customers are saying, and it’s given me valuable insights to improve my products. If you’re looking for a game-changing way to gather authentic reviews, I highly recommend giving EpicApp a try!

I'm thrilled with EpicApp's performance for my Shopify store, ArniArts. The voice review collection feature is outstanding, and the rate of review collection has significantly surpassed my previous app, Judge.me.
