Really happy with EPP so far. Setting up the integration and importing products was very straightforward. We also like that inventory can be synced with a simple toggle, which makes it much easier to keep products updated. The order processing and fulfillment are handled automatically, so there’s less to manage on our end. We also really appreciate the team. They have been very professional, responsive, and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Their terms are clear, the policies are fair, and the margins are good. It’s been a really positive experience working with them. Highly recommended!
