If they are not online they always follow up via email. If there is one thing I hope they can improve is the sewing bit as sometimes missing stitches and hanging threads can be seen. Quality check before sending can help all this. This will help us to ensure quality is guaranteed when products are being send to our customers. Besides that they are really lovely people willing to help.
