This is the most awful company ever. They found the worst supplier to ship products, and I’ve had multiple customers not only complaining about the quality but also receiving damaged items—and even used products. I was furious and had to refund them. When I reported this to the agent and explained how bad the quality was, they requested that I upload images of all the damaged items. But the problem was that I had already refunded my customers, and I felt AWFUL enough about the situation. When I followed up with the agent, all she said was that only a partial refund could be issued, since I only submitted some images and not all. Her attitude was dismissive, like she didn’t care at all. This is honestly the most unprofessional and frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. By the way, the agent’s name was Tammy. If you ever come across her, my advice is: RUN!
