Erply POS Integration
The reviews for the ERPLY Shopify App are mixed, with some users expressing dissatisfaction with the app's functionality. Common themes include issues with product syncing, lack of support, and difficulties with inventory management. Users have reported that the app does not sync products automatically, leading to manual syncing and inventory discrepancies. Additionally, some users have experienced challenges with campaign pricing and Shopify pricing apps, as well as delays in resolving technical issues. On the positive side, users appreciate the customization options and the integration with Shopify, along with relatively quick responses from customer support.
We've used ERPLY as our brick and mortar PoS system and Inventory system since 2014. I can't recommend it anymore. As you add more and more SKUs, the connection between ERPLY and Shopify will break. We've ran into a lot of inventory issues over the last year and support is lacking. If you're a smaller retailer, you're better off going with Shopify PoS.
I am very satisfied with Erply, the support is also very helpful and in most cases the requests are answered relatively quickly. The integration with Shopify works very well so far. What I like most about Erply is that it is very customizable.
It basically works well, unless you want to use campaign pricing or Shopify pricing apps (which are a must if you want to sell online these days). When contacting support, they will have a person without any knowledge of the app call you with a pre written statement basically explaining what you already know.
inventory is not synced!! this is so unacceptable, since all orders can't be fulfilled and this makes us look really bad and our customers are very disapointed.
The connector is pretty straight forward and it would be ok if it worked. It has several issues with syncing products. Orders come through but products are another story. The connector they uses a single connection to shopify for all of their users so they take a significant time to sync if they sync at all. Support is also an issue as they don't invest the time to fix the issues in a timely manner. Simple issues take several days. Major issues so far have taken 3 weeks and counting.
