This is one of the best apps we’ve used on our store. It has helped us increase sales with accurate tracking and a smooth, easy checkout experience for our customers. We can easily create offers, manage orders, and recover draft orders, and everything is working really well. The app includes so many useful features for COD businesses, especially for the Bangladeshi market. Their support team is also super active, friendly, and knowledgeable. They clearly understand how COD businesses work and what merchants actually need for a proper Bangladeshi checkout experience. Getting this many features at this price is unbelievable. We highly recommend this app to any merchant looking to improve their COD checkout, order management, tracking, and overall conversion rate.
Thank you so much, Zeroo, for sharing such detailed feedback and for the 5-star rating! We’re really happy to know that eSolver COD Checkout is helping you with tracking, offers, order management, draft order recovery, and overall conversions. Our goal is to build the most complete COD checkout solution for Bangladeshi Shopify merchants. Your support means a lot to our entire eSolver team. We’ll keep improving and bringing even more useful features for your business. ❤️
Highly recommended! I’ve been using eSolver COD Checkout for my Shopify store for Bangladeshi customers, and I’m very satisfied with both the app and their support. The solution provides a friendly UX for customers, it's easy to configure. What impressed me most, however, is their support. They don’t just respond to an issue and disappear—they follow up consistently until everything is properly resolved. Whenever I faced a configuration or tracking-related problem, the team was responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a solution.
Thank you so much, Livoree, for your wonderful feedback and 5-star rating! We’re especially happy to hear that you’re satisfied with both the checkout experience and our support. We believe support shouldn’t end after answering a message — we want to stay with our merchants until the issue is completely resolved. Thank you for trusting eSolver COD Checkout. We’re always here whenever you need us. ❤️
This app is one of the best tools we have experienced for Cash on Delivery. The tracking system is excellent, the features are very useful, and it has helped us improve our sales while making the ordering process much more comfortable for our customers. At this price, the number of features it offers is truly unbelievable. It is a highly recommended app for any merchant who wants to grow their Cash on Delivery business with better tracking, smoother operations, and a better customer experience.
