Diane Hill review for Essential Announcement Bar

I would not recommend this app to anyone. They put me through a really awful experience where they completely disrupted two of my sales pages just before I was due to go live to thousands of people. They published a page on my website without my consent and made drastic stylistic changes that left the page looking like a total mess. All of this was done without keeping me updated in chat. They simply went ahead and started editing without letting me know what they were doing. I had to send countless messages asking them to revert the page and received very little communication in return. In the end, I removed their collaborator access and had to fix the mistakes myself. I ended up launching to my audience 30 minutes late, which created additional customer service issues and unnecessary stress at a really critical moment. I cannot stress enough how disappointing this experience was, and I would never allow them access to the backend of my store again. Edit after reading their response: Removing collaborator access was not the reason they were unable to fix the issue. It was my absolute last resort after repeatedly asking them, through countless one-sided emails, to stop making changes and revert my website while they continued editing my live store without responding to me. My pages had become so disrupted that I could not launch at the scheduled time and had to delay by 30 minutes to thousands of visitors. I removed access only once the site was finally back to an acceptable state, so I could protect my store and complete the final fixes myself. No business owner should ever have to take that step just to regain control of their own website.
