I needed some help with the positioning of my announcement bar on my site. I left a message on the virtual assistant chat box and was surprised to have an immediate response via email. Wow! I'm using the app since my fist e-commerce day. I had an issue with the recently installed new theme but I contacted the support team and Samuel replied immediately. After few minutes the problem was solved!
