Nice and very simple to use app, we can easily tailor the messages and the ETA required. We can use the default language or translate, customize the look of the Block and integrate it easily, then customize 100% the message with shortcodes. It's an "extended" feature that many themes offer as a default option, but here we have far more options. The pricing is honest if you have such needs. I would potentially lower a bit for the highest plan, as it's a side and not "vital" feature for shops. I think the break even is 3.99.

Thrilled to see this WordPress expert team (WPXPO) finally on Shopify! I’ve used this team’s WordPress plugins for years, so I was genuinely happy to see them finally build something for Shopify—and WowETA is excellent. Setup was quick, and the controls are practical: custom delivery rules, cut-off times, workdays, region-based estimates, and clean templates that are easy to tweak. The countdown and translations help set clear expectations for customers, which has improved our product pages. Customer support has been great—fast, friendly, and on point. If you want accurate delivery dates without fiddling with code, this app does the job really well.

Great app and very responsive service desk. It does exactly what it needs to do. Unfortunately, the countdown timer is behind a paid plan, but that’s just an additional extra feature.
