ACOD: Cash On Delivery COD Fee

You're right about how it works: the fee is applied through a dedicated COD shipping rate rather than a separate fee line, we chose that approach because it keeps taxes, totals, and refunds behaving like standard Shopify orders, but we should have made that clearer upfront. Naming the rate something like "Cash on Delivery (+fee)" usually removes the customer confusion, and our team would gladly set it up with you in the in-app chat if you give it another look.

It appears like your trial had passed at the time of uninstall, hence why Shopify processed the charge normally.
