Exceeded expectations — support that actually solves problems Honestly wasn't expecting much when I reached out, but the ETP team completely turned that around. I ran into a few issues getting things set up the way I needed for my store, and instead of getting the usual copy-paste responses, someone actually walked me through everything step by step until it worked. What stood out most was how patient they were — I had a lot of questions (some probably pretty basic ) and never once felt rushed or brushed off. They followed up to make sure everything was actually working, not just "ticket closed" and gone. If you're on the fence about this app, my honest take: it does what it says, and if you ever get stuck, the support alone makes it worth it. Really appreciate the help — made my life a lot easier.
