I ran into a few issues getting things set up the way I needed for my store, and instead of getting the usual copy-paste responses, someone actually walked me through everything step by step until it worked. What stood out most was how patient they were — I had a lot of questions (some probably pretty basic ) and never once felt rushed or brushed off. They followed up to make sure everything was actually working, not just "ticket closed" and gone.
