Customer Service was fast and effective. Even when I couldn't get the app to do what I wanted, they made it happen. They were prompt, fast, and effective. these guys are going places.

Great app! It solved an issue we had with dividing a country into multiple shipping zones. During the configuration process, I experienced some difficulties with conflicting rules, but the support team (Jason) responded within minutes and helped me resolve everything. I highly recommend this app if you're struggling with specific rule sets for shipping methods!
