Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I’m requesting a refund for Etsy Integration ‑ DPL on luminousinvites.com. I uninstalled the app on 1st October after being told billing would stop, but was charged £15.19 on 3rd October, invoice #598747737. Please review the charge against my uninstall date and refund it. Please also confirm that no further recurring charges will be generated.

Great app and customer service. There are a few small things, like orders not syncing if every single product from that order is not listed on both Shopify and Etsy, that I wish could be figured out, but overall pretty happy with the app so far!

Great Etsy integration app! The setup was straightforward and it made syncing products between Shopify and Etsy much easier. I especially liked how simple it is to manage product listings and keep information organized. The support has also been helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a very useful solution for Shopify stores selling on Etsy. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a great experience with DPL so far. Their customer service is really responsive, helpful, and responsible whenever we have questions. Uploading products from our website to Etsy is also super smooth and easy. Overall, it’s been a convenient and hassle-free experience!
