Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Very hard to reprice items, to cost recover Etsy fees. Seems to not keep Shopify Collections and makes you select individual products, to make a new Etsy Collection.

I came across some problems integrating my products, but contacted Surya and we sorted it out quickly.

I was having a lot of trouble setting up my shipping with Etsy. The customer service from this shopify (sync with Etsy) app was wonderful. The representative was so helpful and really showed me as a new business owner some valuable tools with the app while getting the solution for the shipping issue. I highly recommend this app!

I've been using the app for about 3 weeks now. Even though there are some small limitations - it REALLY does the heavy lifting when wanting to keep your products and order process into one platform. Extremely happy withS the customer care and overall service that the app provides.

Purchased Etsy Integration & Sync in July 2023. Had difficulty getting products to view in my Etsy store. When I scheduled a Meet online call Surya quickly remedied the issue by instructing me how to sync on the Etsy view. I found the instructions provided did not give complete instructions.

Once you get the integration complete, it flows very nicely. Extremely helpful to manage your inventory. The customer service is very hellpful.

It was excellent. The support agent was very knowledgeable and patient. He toke me through the whole process and I did it all. He also fixed the errors. He is excellent.

Setup was easy, but don't make the mistake that I did. Shopify overwrites everything in Etsy, which is great to start, but I spent hours making edits directly in Etsy after the initial sync (tags,etc.) only to have it all wiped away because I had a box checked in settings that was easily overlooked. Good support, but a hard lesson to learn so I will be keeping them separate.

Customer service worked with me on the weekend via email to help me with a SKU syncing issue. Pleased so far.

I would defiantly recommend this app and their customer service is amazing. I am new to Etsy and Shopify so Surya has really helped me.
