The app does what it promises 100%! The interface is clear and straightforward. The level of support and participation is incredible! So far, it is the best I have experienced on Shopify.

Unfortunately doesn't work. I click preview in theme on one of the widget options and either get the error "Etsy Reviews Grid" not added. This template has the maximum number of sections. Or if I try again it just does nothing Also doesn't get all my etsy reviews seems to get only a very limited selection, so even if it did work, it wouldn't be suitable if you had a large collection of products like us as pot luck if you get a review come in for it
Hey Pop Wears Team, I am so sorry for the issue you encountered. When clicking the "Preview in theme" button, it adds the widget in a new section on your shop page. Unfortunately, the error message suggests that you have already reached the maximum number of sections your theme allows, so it failed to add this new section. Alternatively, you can add the widget directly from your theme editor in any existing section. I apologize for not including better guidance on how to do this, and I am updating the app to include clearer instructions based on your feedback. I've only had this for a day, but I'm loving it so far. Very easy and seamless integration. Took only a couple of minutes to set up. The carousel widget looks great. Too bad it only works with Theme 2.0 though. Would've loved to use this for my other store.

I've tried several apps to import reviews from our Etsy account, but this app, despite being relatively new, has completely exceeded my expectations. It's far more intuitive and responsive than other apps that I've tried so far, which often suffered from persistent issues and errors that their support teams couldn't resolve. What impressed me the most was FSL Team's (shoutout to Jean who assisted me) commitment to customer interests. When I reached out about certain features, not only did FSL respond quickly, but they also updated the app with those features within just two days. It's refreshing to see such proactive support. It truly made me feel that my voice was heard and that my feedback is genuinely valued. Highly recommended!
