Clearmark EU GARAN Label

The Clearmark EU GARAN Label app provides ecommerce merchants with the official EU legal guarantee notice and GARAN label in all 24 EU languages. It ensures compliance with the harmonised notice requirement for goods sold to consumers in the EU, as mandated by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960. The app automatically adjusts the notice to the storefront language and includes a link to the Your Europe page for further information. Merchants can easily verify if the notice is displayed correctly on their live theme.
