The Professional plan adds more advanced automation options, such as automatically enforcing the deadline or blocking withdrawals outside the configured period. We try to keep the free plan genuinely useful, especially for smaller merchants, while the paid plans help us cover server costs, support, and ongoing development of the app. I’m sorry to see that this led to a 1-star review, because I’m sure we can clarify this and find a good setup for your store.
