Hallo, schade, dass Sie die Einrichtung als zu kompliziert empfunden haben. Revoq bietet je nach Shopify-Theme und gewünschter Einbindung verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Einrichtung. Unser Support-Team hilft dabei selbstverständlich gerne weiter. Leider haben wir vor der Deinstallation keine Support-Anfrage von Ihnen erhalten und hatten daher keine Gelegenheit, Sie bei der Einrichtung zu unterstützen oder herauszufinden, an welcher Stelle es Schwierigkeiten gab. Really helpful for handling the new EU withdrawal requirements without having to build a custom solution. The setup was straightforward, and I like that customers can submit a withdrawal request without needing to log in. The automatic confirmation email and order matching also make the process much easier for our team to manage. Everything feels clean and well organized, and it saves a lot of manual work. Definitely a useful addition for any Shopify store selling to EU customers.
