Easy to install and setup. The withdrawal service is easy for customers to access. Good app.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung und das hilfreiche Feedback! Der Widerrufszugang sollte für Kunden gut auffindbar und dauerhaft erreichbar sein. Wir empfehlen daher in der Regel, das Widerrufsformular auf einer eigenen Seite einzubinden und diese Seite gut sichtbar im Footer zu verlinken. Wir nehmen den Hinweis gerne mit und werden die Hinweise zur empfohlenen Platzierung in unserer Dokumentation noch klarer herausstellen.
this was easy to set up - I am not sure how it will work when a real withdraw comes in though.
Thank you for your review and the feedback! Glad to hear the setup was easy. When a real withdrawal request comes in, the customer receives a confirmation email and the request appears in the Revoq app, where you can review the order, requested items and customer details before handling the next steps. You can also submit a test request with a real Shopify test order to see the full flow before the first real customer request comes in.
