I used this app for my events calendar on my website after going through a few different ones and I cannot express how good it is. Alex is so helpful and the service is absolutely great. Really impressed and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for this kind of app.

We had some issues getting this app installed correctly, and support CAN take a couple of days to respond. But I personally don't subscribe to the urgency economy and when I told them it WAS urgent, they scheduled a time to meet with me and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. So far, the app seems to be solving the problems we've had with previous event ticketing software, but I will update my review again after we've used it for a few months and know how well it deploys!

We've been using the app for a few months now and it's improved our events attendance quite a bit! Alex has been more than willing to help with any questions or issues we experienced.

Fantastic app! Easy to use and excellent customer service. The developper Alex personally answers customer service questions in a very prompt manner. This calendar has helped our small business get on the map! Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple yet esthetic calendar to use.

Great app and great developer! Meets all of our needs minus one or two things which the developer is working with us on to make sure our needs are met. We use this for daily ticket sales in the store through Shopify POS as well as online through our website. Support is very good although response times are sometimes a bit slow, I'm hoping this improves in the future.

Love the widget feature and could really use this on our website but hard to justify $60/month for this (we need 7 widgets). We don't need the ticketing as it is not robust enough for our needs and use a different. Trying reaching out to the developer to see if there was any flexibility on pricing but there wasn't. Good product but very expensive.

Love this app - most importantly the customer experience is simple, and easy the backroom set-up is quick to master and the helpline is quick, knowledgeable and friendly.

I only gave this a 4 star because I just started using this app. I have it loaded on my shopify site, and tested it out and it worked. It looks nice and was easy to figure out how to set it up. It requires a Stripe account that you have to link to it but it is easy to do this. Once you have the stripe account you just have to copy and paste 2 keys into the ECA app. I am an agritourism farm and I needed to issue tickets so I could control how many people were at the farm at any one time. I was really worried about how to do this and if it would be very complicated. I will update this review after I have had some experience over the next month or so but I am optimistic. Also I one issue with implementation that was solved quickly by their support.

I just started using Event Calendar App a few weeks ago. I find it easy to use and it incorporated well into my Shopify website. The ticket purchasing is smooth and my customers seem to navigate it easily. There are a few things that I would like to see added such as customers being able to purchase multiple tickets at once and also I am unable to put a limit on the amount of tickets sold. I have had a good response from Alex and he is very responsive to my emails. I have not had any resolution to my above mentioned concerns, but Alex assures me that he plans to work on them. I only brought them up to him a day ago. Overall I am very happy with this app. I hope it continues to be a benefit to my website and sales.

We tried out several different event apps, but pretty much all of them had this incompatibility or that feature missing. ECA has been by far the best for my needs of selling tickets, keeping track of attendees, and overall looking very attractive on my site. I'm very happy to report that the developer is very responsive, very welcoming to suggestions, and even wrote a big official guide in response to a help request. The developer is working hard to keep improving the app, and I'm excited to see more features added on to its already excellent state!

The app has been very helpful for my clients to organize their upcoming classes and give them an easy way to update and maintain without knowing any code! Had a few hiccups here and there but got excellent customer service and it was very helpful! My go to recommendation for calendar apps for all my clients who I create Shopify stores for

We find that the key benefits of this app are the nice calendar presentation of events (https://flinggolf.com/pages/events) and the ability to buy tickets directly from the events page using Stripe integration. We no longer need separate event management apps reducing cost and time. The developer, Alex, has also been quite responsive when we requested a feature addition.

Very slow support, you have to send twice or three times emails in order to be answered. Online chat almost never works. The calendar doesn´t look exactly as advertised. It only works in English, if you want a spanish or international calendar this is not your app.
Hi Carving Social Club, I'm really sorry that you weren't satisfied with Event Calendar App. We're open from the start that support is currently manned by one person (me) so that means I can't always reply instantly. I do however aim to get back to people as quick as possible, usually within 24 hours. We have many different options available to customise the calendar. If it doesn't look the same as our demo calendar, then this will just be because it's not customised the same. I'm here to help if you need any guidance with this. In terms of multi-language support, that is correct, we currently only support English at the moment. We don't claim anywhere that the Event Calendar is multi-lingual. However, you can add events in whatever language you like, it's just that there are a few words in the user interface that currently cannot be translated. Stopped working, no response to our web designer's message from 2 days ago and I just messaged as well. It looks like we have to find a new application for a calendar.

Super easy to set up, connected instantly to my google calendar, and Alex was great on getting back to me for additional features. He added a search function for us, which was key since we have multiple events spanning multiple cities with multiple authors. Clean looking with great functionality!
