Everspring is a very interesting platform—one of the few in the plant sector. The challenges they face daily are complex, and the issues that come with them are not easy to manage. Despite this, the Everspring team is generally available and willing to support you in solving everyday challenges, navigating a particularly difficult industry. I have been working with them since the very beginning, and I’ve seen significant improvements over time. I’m confident that even more progress will be made in the future.

Völlig unprofessionell. Nach fast 3 Wochen wurde die Bestellung immer noch nicht versendet eine kleine Pflanze. Dropshipping ist was anderes wenn man dann die Bestellung Storniert muss man der Erstattung hinterherlaufen.

Really unprofessional sales people. I spoke with Yentl, firstly she called me without even remembering that she called me last week and even sent me demo material and then she acts as if they do not need the customer, the customer needs them. They force you to have a scheduled demo before they will even tell you a price range for their services. She could not even say a basic price range (starting at x to xx and maybe xyz). It makes the customer feel like they have to undergo sales brainwashing before they can decide if the product is within their budget. And then on top of it to fight with me about it.
