On setup it already looked great, but still had some hiccups. After getting in touch with Support, updates were rolled out within 24 hour! Excellent service!

The staff is extremely helpful, although there were a few corrections that needed to be made. The Look book fulfills all of my needs perfectly. I would rate it a perfect 10/10. Great extension to my business.

Setting it up to create a personalized map of where my products come from. Looking forward to how the response is. But beyond that - the customer service was fast and helpful. There was a slight hiccup on the backend when photos wouldn't show as I hovered my mouse over the map. But they responded timely and helped accordingly.
