I installed the Video Gallery - Youtube & Vimeo app on my Shopify store with high hopes, but unfortunately, it did not work as advertised. The app's page claimed that it would allow me to easily display videos from both Youtube and Vimeo on my store, but when I tried to use it, the videos simply would not display. I tried reaching out to the app's support team for assistance, but unfortunately, they were not able to help me resolve the issue. Overall, I'm disappointed with the app's performance and the lack of support that I received.

Love it. Works well as an imbeded video player. Very happy recommend to all. Able to add 4 videos in one go.

I had recently installed the app and needed some help with installation. Within 24 hours Kemi got in touch and helped. Support is excellent!!

I had issues installing on my own. I emailed tech support and they were really fast and went in and fixed it immediately.

>>>Update: they fixed this within an hour or two of my complaint. Good app, good service. Previous but now resolved complaint below: App description contains an actionable LIE. To wit: Create a Video Gallery Create unlimited video galleries with this app & add your Youtube or Vimeo Videos into it. Just install the EVM Video app & configure. >>>Problem is, as soon as you try to upload the 21st of the "unlimited free" videos it says you have to upgrade BEFORE YOU CAN UPLOAD ANY MORE. I'm sure they're looking for money for this "free" app.

I have been using this app to organize my website's videos into a gallery format...its very easy to use and implement into the Shopify themes such as the Debut theme. I recently had an issue with the word wrapping on the video description field and also with how the Video Gallery app interacted with the mobile drop down menu selections on my video page. Both issues were handled within a day. The software support team at Expert Village Media Technologies was very responsive. I recommend this app for others.

This app is very useful and has a lot of functionality's such as custom rows of columns, custom color change, a nice feature to add captions to the video and you can also title the entire section of videos as well! It's very affordable as other apps charge more for what this app already does. The customer support is excellent! I had an issue setting this up to my standards but it was something I was doing wrong myself, Amit showed me where to add the code and it was a simple fix. They are also working on cool features to add in the near future which is something I can't wait too see! Thank you Amit for the awesome help and useful tips!

The app works great for me. I have a lot of videos on my Homepage and before Video Gallery I had trouble getting the Shopify page with my videos to load properly. Now with Video Gallery installed on the Homepage it loads every time and looks good! The app works great, is reliable, easy to use and I am told more enhancements are coming! Took me a couple of minutes to figure it out, but it's great! I like how it makes multiple videos into thumbnails and places it on a grid. Once I figured it out, I found it supper easy to use.
