Great app, is doing what it should do. The support is absolutely brilliant and give response within minutes.

It just stops showing upsells and addons for no reason. Every time you need to contact the support to fix it. Every time you contact the support you need to prove that there's a problem. Then they say it's fixed then you check and it's not fixed then the guy in the support just ends the chat to pass you to another person and then you need to go through the whole process again. Not recommended.

Installed this app, used the Free Gift option. Riddled with bugs. Basically rendered our site unusable if you tried to opt out of the gift. There was no way to close the window and every time you refreshed the page it would pop up again. I'm sure we lost sales due to this.

I installed app, however I could not use it (set up promos). In target products, button add target product does not show up. I also noticed that setup videos and guides do not exactly correspond to the app current GUI. I captured the screen in case developers are interested.

Love the features of app that will help our store sale. Support is great and active. They response to inquiries and needed updates to our store themes.

Great app for what you need it for in terms of easy upselling yet what's better is the support. They were there the entire way helping to correct anything that the theme might have interfered with or if there was a conflict with the app. Very responsive with their emails and even jumped on a quick call so I could better explain it further. I used this app to add BOGO popups to each of my products. There was an issue with the app defaulting to populating only 10 variants, but after a message to support they worked with me to handle this within a timely manner. Works well, and is quite simple to setup.

Have used this app twice - both times the discount did not work however support resolved the issue for me. Is a good work-around to offer a free gift with purchase via a free app.

I've tried several free apps for Upsell & BOGO offers and this is definitely the best one. The support service is top notch, they've solved every issue within 1 hour.

The app is good, but the service is even better. If you have an issue, they will most certainly work to resolve it. We had a mistake in the way we had things configured and they were very kind to assist and even booked a video call to clarify things.
