We began using Experian's address validation solution during our early e-commerce journey, and it quickly became an essential tool for reducing unnecessary delivery costs and minimizing customer frustrations—both on our website and in our call center. When we transitioned to Magento, we knew we couldn’t rely on Shopify’s native address validation due to its frequent inaccuracies. Integrating our new Shopify stores with Experian’s easy-to-use plug-in was a no-brainer. The Experian team was incredibly supportive, and we had the validation system up and running within hours! It’s been a seamless and invaluable addition to our operations.
