I’m very disappointed with my experience. The Basic plan was never available, and no one has responded to my repeated attempts to get help. It’s a real shame — this could have been a fantastic app, but the lack of customer care completely destroys the experience.

We’ve been using Experify since they first started years ago. We sell expensive e-bikes D2C and the hardest part is having bikes available for test ride. Having a network of hundreds of customers opting into the Experify platform to offer test rides and answer questions to people in their local community has been a game changer for us. It’s helped build community among our customer base, and taken a lot of the manual work out of connecting customers together. The mini profiles and populated location map also are amazing and unique source of social proof. Highly recommend Experify to anyone!

The staffs were very helpful and the set up was easy. Hope the email invitation function will be added soon and it will be great if we can have more general geographic info analysis.
Thank you for the kind words, Team Heybike! 😍 Just a reminder: a version of the email invitation functionality is already available in the advanced dashboard, but we are working hard to get this more natively integrated with Shopify. And thank you for suggesting more geographic analytics - great to know this would be of value. We added this to our feature backlog.
