We use the app to manage batches and to be able to find orders in case we have to recall a batch. The app can do much more like give discounts before the goods expire. The support is always very helpful and has a fast reaction time.

I gave it 5 stars, but it is not my type. Why don't put a space in the products page and put the date for expire date on there...It is easier for us. With app now, we need to work again with 1000-5000 produtcs. It is too much time

This app is relatively new, and it had all the basic features that we wanted, but we also asked their support for some custom functionality, and we are SO THRILLED that they were able to add it quickly and seamlessly by request. They have made this app indispensable for us. The customer support is unmatched! The interface is basic but it's all we need. The price point is unbeatable. I highly recommend this app!!

The level of support this app provides is absolutely amazing. I have never worked with a team so proactive in trying to help us find a solution for our unique circumstances. A special call out here to Tim! Instructions they provide are easy to understand and offered multiple solutions for our circumstances. The app does exactly what it's meant to do and it will now be a core app for us to manage expiry dates and batches.

The app have lot of bugs and we had to be the QA of this app to let them know of the problems they have or functions that must be added to the app. For example, this is not compatible with orders that are placed for store pickup (native function of Shopify) as stock is discounted using the main warehouse of the e-commerce and not from the branch. Something basic. I tried to book a call with support team, because writing English was not good and did not understand what they were saying, but devs or support team kept writing me in a illegible English.
Our team is a bit puzzled by this review: 1) When using our Inventory Push feature you wanted the app to set on hand inventory quantity instead of available inventory quantity. We implemented this new functionality for you for free, out of the kindness of our hearts. During the review phase (is this what you're calling "QA"?) we agreed to add some additional functionality that you requested at no cost. 2) We have many customers using our app for store pickup without any problems. If an order is placed and has a fulfillment location we assign expiration dates from that location. Your "store pickup" orders did not have a fulfillment location so they were assigned the soonest expiring inventory from across all locations, per the configuration. We explained this situation to you (as did Shopify support) and offered alternative solutions. 3) We spent months communicating with your shop in English without any issues. We are all native English speakers. We are also happy to meet via video chat. We do it all the time. We proposed a time for a video chat and you never responded. Odd. If you prefer to communicate in another language please let us know and we will try to accommodate. 4) The level of support we provide is something you will not get with most Shopify apps. If one checks our reviews across all our apps they will see the exemplary level of customer support we provide to our users 7 days a week.
