What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a frustrating experience. I reached out to support and clearly described my problem, but Bruce (the operator) left me waiting for over 45 minutes with no response, only to send an automated message asking for my email so they could get back to me. There was no apology, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to actually help. If you are running a business and need timely or reliable support, I would not recommend this app.
