Very nice app, helps me with organizing my orders, so many options how to sort them while exporting and the last time I needed help with adjusting or adding some options the support was great, should have left a review a long time ago but the orders kept me busy and then I forgot. Will sure continue to use. Thank you for the app
I love the amazing developer support the team behind Export Order Pro offer. Fast initial response, understood the problem statement in one shot and provided a quick and detailed solution which continues to make this app a valuable tool in our operations.
Support was excellent at adding a custom column to our report for a site-wide sale. We use this app daily and would highly recommend it to other Shopify customers.
What can I say? This is the kind of app/team you would love to work with. - Easy to use/understand - Very flexible for all use cases - Multiple file formats - It can export to external sources like FTP, etc., on a schedule. The support team (Menelaos) went above and beyond to resolve my use case within one day. He also took extra time to walk through my setup to suggest any improvements and ensure I was using the app to its full potential. Amazing experience. 15/10 would recommend.
This app had exactly what I needed to run reports. I made attempts to contact other options but the customer service rep went above and beyond to help/educate me. He ( Menelaos) was always available to chat and work out my concerns. Thank you!!!

We are new to Shopify and started using a different export app and it was the worst. We reached out to Export OrderPro and we are soo happy we did. We needed to create some custom colums which the other app couldnt and Menelaos was great. The ability to rename the column headers was also very helpfull. I cant reccomend Export OrderPro enough.
Normalmente funciona bien, pero hoy día 19 de Julio de 2023 no esta funcionando, la pagina para seleccionar los pedidos sale en blanco y no te deja ver los pedidos para seleccionarlos, el soporte nunca contesta. Así es dificil para poder sacar los envios a diario.
Hi, 19th of July was a very stressful day to all of the application developers because the Shopify API had a major problem with the Order API, it returned 0 orders in the majority of the requests. This was not problem with my application, but I implemented a workaround in about 4 hours after I discovered the problem. By now the Shopify API is back to normal, the application was live and working way before Shopify addressed the issue. In that day I replied to hundred of mails and skype messages, I have replied to both mails you send me, from the support dialog and to the direct mail. Maybe both mails are in the spam folder. I am sorry for that. Can you please check your spam folder and add me to the trusted senders so you wont miss any future mails I send you? Thank you for your support all these years! Menelaos
highly recommend. super customizable and helps our accounting team a ton. support is great too and very responsive. They will literally custom build features/fixes for you if needed.

I have a very in-depth integration with a custom product builder app and was needing to be able to easily export all the custom order details to pass to my manufacturer. This app is a great solution for me and exactly what I needed. Not only that, but their team worked with me to add custom columns and customize the cells to remove some info I didnt need to export. Excellent customer service, will definitely keep using them!
We have 2 full time coders here, but could not get them to do what this product does with a click of a button. (a few buttons, but that is the greatest part.) We get a simple email 2 times a day to our shipping manager. He has a high level printout of what to get stagged for shipping. I still do an audit every night in bed, and don't think its even necessary anymore.. This product rocks!!!! I had some dummy mistakes on automation and dev team jumped on a skype call at 11pm their time and spent 12 mins no questions asked (even on my trial) Thanks for the hard work.. This is the only order export/report app I could find that will export all line item properties without manually defining each one per column, which is critical for us. Support is also quick and some minor custom functionality was also added for us to achieve the result we needed.
Does exactly what I need it to do--haven't needed to open the app in months. Took a bit of troubleshooting to start, but very user-friendly.
