We've just started using OrderPro and so far have been super impressed. I wanted to find a way to prevent daily order reports from being created if no orders had been placed that day. I emailed support to ask if this was possible and within minutes got a reply. Turned out it wasn't possible but to my amazement, the developers quickly added it as a piece of functionality. The speed and responsiveness of the team was very impressive and the app is now working perfectly.

Very useful report with images and tag filtering - features Shopify reports don't provide. Also, the very friendly and quick customer service was able to add a new filter I was looking for.

I use this app every day to create our work order for production. Our belts and wallets are custom made (BullhideBelts.com) so I have to create a work order every morning to give to the crew. This app pulls all the information over so I can download an excel document to print off. You can customize it easily to pull what you need. Well worth the cost if you need to be able to do this. Keep up the good work MeneLabs.

Downloaded the app to track orders and generate monthly reports for http://global.amantelingerie.com/. Works as expected and captures all required fields! No installation. Just plug and play.

This is the best app. It is essential to have this for your store. The app is very easy to customize and you can get all the information you need that you can't get with Shopify reports. It is a must have. I also had a question regarding the app and the developer replied very quickly and was very helpful. I recommend that everyone downloads this app.

The support team on this app is beyond great! I was contacted immediately and they took my issue seriously. He actually fixed it within the hour, which was amazing. On top of that, we had a suggestions regarding products being listed multiple times with the same order# vs an order being listed once with multiple products. He asked for details (I gave lots of note) and then that Monday the option was available on their app. We now use this app everyday in our work flow, especially our art dept. Thanks for making a great app and thanks for being open and listening to your customers.
