Our site was initially set up by a developer who has since left the business, and as someone with limited technical knowledge, I had a number of questions about how the app works so I could better understand it and make full use of its features. Every question I’ve raised has been answered quickly and clearly. Powerful reports for our shipping. We use a combination of local delivery and external delivery, and this app is lifesaving for splitting everything every morning. Customer service is quick and efficient. Great stuff!
