There's a small learning curve, but between the knowledge base & excellent support team, you can access much more precise information than what's available within Shopify's UI. Support team is very responsive & provides great explanations for understanding Shopify's data model and getting the most out of your pricing plan.

The EZ apps team is incredible. They're extremely responsive by email (almost always less than 24 hours and sometimes immediately) and are committed to helping, not just sending you semi-related documents to read yourself. We use this and the EZ Fulfill app and both are well-built, it's clear that they have thought of most use cases and also continue to improve with new feedback. Suspect you will not be disappointed with this app - much better than others I've used!

We just started using Shopify and this app was perfect for our needs, we were able to map our export file to match our previous export platform, and add calculated fields to export prices excluding taxes et. etc. etc., and we were able to get complicated formulas to recalculate shipping from the developer, who responded the same day. Look no further.

Excellent app for exporting data with an even better support. If you have any issue in setting up the app for your individual needs, response from Jonathan is super fast, competent, helpful, patient and friendly. I can highly recommend the app and the customer service that comes with it.

Really can't speak highly enough of the support provided, the app and its functionality. Johnathan is an absolute legend. I emailed him a few questions about some functions we needed in one of the templates and to see if these were even possible. Without us asking, he created a custom csv with all of the features I asked about. He then spent several days tweaking the csv as we tested it out, until it was 100% perfect. Above and beyond customer support and service. After speaking to Shopify support and being told that they wouldn't be able to do what we needed, we were recommended a different app by a dev. We tried it out, but it couldn't create the format required, we asked if their support team could make the changes and were told they couldn't do it. Ez Exporter did it! 100% recommend using the Ez Exporter app for exporting Shopify data.

This app has been incredible for importing shopify data into google sheets at regular intervals. Support is extremely helpful and quick to respond. If you find yourself downloading reports from shopify several times per day, this app is for you.

Every single time I have an issue, Jonathan comes through with a solution. This app was installed a year pre-covid. Now here we are in 2022 with 0 zero issues EVER! Even my best/favorite apps have some sort of a glitch here or there but in this case, other than issues with credential changes or something from MY end, I haven't had an issue with this app. The customer service is phenomenal and the fact that this is one app I don't ever have to worry about makes it even better. This is definitely an app well worth giving a try! P.S. If it helps any, I only leave reviews when I really mean it.

Great app! It helps us a lot to do proper exports to a third party portal. And we are free to modify the data and structure it as it is needed. The possibilities are almost endless. I haven't found any other tool that has the same capabilities as EZ Exporter. When I needed support to setup a specific calculated field I got a fast response with the solution I was looking for. Keep up the great work!

This is hands down the best app for exporting data. Its so feature rich and has everything you need to export any order data as well as the ability to manipulate data to how you like it. It saves so much time and manual effort. Seriously don't look at other apps, this is the one to get!
