Sencillamente espectacular. La facilidad de uso es impresionante y la versatilidad para crear plantillas de importación con los datos exactos requeridos es fantástica. Me encantó que me permitiera hacer "tanteo y error" con mi proceso de importación, al dejarme eliminar los pedidos de varias importaciones no satisfactorias y recuperar los créditos adquiridos para volver a intentarlo, una y otra vez. ¡Recomendadísima!

EZ is the simplest way to describe it. Once you import for the first time, you have the perfect template to import time and time again. We import large orders to save time and print massive amounts of labels instead of entering them individually. Their customer service department is fast to respond and will help you create your CSV template to make the process smooth and easy. Could never imagine holdiay season being the same if we had to enter everything on our own.

works great! but the prices to import are not normal please remove the app.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by the "prices to import are not normal". We offer pricing per import, there is no monthly charge and you only pay for the orders you need to import. We're very straightforward and upfront about the pricing, we also offer 50 free credits that you can use to test the app without having to spend any money. This way you can make sure the app is a good fit for you before making any commitment. We are also very generous and allow you to delete any orders imported and we give the credits (1 credit is used per 1 order no matter how many line items) back. This allows you to test the app as much as you need and if you find any data issues, you can easily delete the order and re-import it with out any additional charges. Our support team is happy to answer any questions about our pricing or app features. So, I'm confused around the comment "prices to import are not normal". I also would like to point out that no purchase was made and no final imports were done.

so difficult - there should be a basic quick version of this....if you dont need all of the data...though Elizabeth was quick coming with email help....if someone had been available for 20mins zoom or teams then we would have solved it...but here i am 6 hours later and no further forward
I'm sorry you had a hard time with the import and weren't satisfied with the support. We worked with you letting you know from the beginning that you didn't have all the data needed for the import. You were trying to import customer spend data directly, which the Shopify API doesn't support. We were up front about this from the beginning when you emailed in, even recommending that you look for another app in the app store that might be a better fit for you. We were clear from the start to try and ensure no time was wasted. We've always been very upfront about only offering email support and responded multiple times during the day and in a timely manner. We were very thorough in explaining what is needed and upfront when the app can't support the data you wanted to import. As for the refund you requested, according to our records you never purchased any credits so your account was never charged. You were still using the 50 free credits.
