It doesn't work with any product that has variants. I sent them an email with the exact bit of code that just needs to be added to their pre-order button (which should be something I can add myself in the custom CSS settings), but they refused, and told me I should change my theme to one of their approved themes. I mean, obviously I'm not going to change our entire store's theme to get their simple app to work... that's a given. But I was shocked at their response. I have been using Shopify apps for ten years (maybe more?) and I am always delighted at the responses I get from other app developers, who are more than happy to tweak a bit of code to get their app working for you. Not these guys! They just don't care. What a silly app - I think I will just go in and write a bit of liquid code to change the button name to 'pre-order' if the product is tagged as a pre-order, then click the button for shopify to keep selling when the item is out of stock. This should be simple enough, and then I don't have to pay EZ PreOrder $$ every month for their lazy attitude.
