After I decide to uninstall the app, I realise I still have the code in my website and I can't delete it. I send multiples emails asking to remove the residual code but no answer from them. Now I'm hoping the Shopify to step in and to help me with this problem.

Hi there, I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused. Just to clarify — the issue wasn’t related to leftover code from our app but rather a Shopify CDN cache that needed to be cleared. Once that was done, everything was resolved. That said, I truly apologize for the delay in communication and any inconvenience you experienced.
