I highly recommend this app for those who are not Shopify Plus members but still need to use the terms and conditions checkbox feature. It’s both free and very easy to use. I also received support for a small issue I encountered, and I want to give a special thanks to Martin for his help.

I can't write a review concerning the app, because until now my store doesn't start working.
I just sent you another email to geft****@gmail.com. Everything was working with the app when I tested it. Email me back and we will get everything fixed as soon as possible :) I also went ahead and added code to make the link be more visible in your theme.
