This was just what we needed! So simple to install! We needed to add simple Terms & Conditions checkbox with a link to checkout, and the Shop checkout is not able to be edited with our plan. This did the trick and was so easy to install.

There was a work around with another terms and conditions checkbox app I used. But with this one, it forces you to accept before choosing a payment method. And timestamps on each order are nice.
